Our mission is simple! Deliver high quality sessions to local people in the community. We are happy to announce a very fun community class timetable throughout the week across Poplar Harca Community Centres, through our partnership with Poplar Harca and Well one! Our aim is to give people who are less likely to have access to the gym and big clubs, the ability to enjoy sessions at a huge discounted price. This does not mean the quality drops, this means giving you variety, building your strength, helping you connect with the local people and have you feeling amazing after every session.
