- Web beacons. We use web beacons on our websites, White Label Websites, and in our e-newsletters and e-flyers (“Email” or “Emails”). When we send Emails to people that have opted-in to receive Emails (“Members”) we may track who opened the Emails and/or who clicked on links contained within those Emails by using single pixel gifs to collect the following information about Members when their Email is opened; their IP address, browser and email client type e.g. Outlook or Hotmail in order to provide us with a measurement of our email campaigns and to improve our features for specific segments of Members list.
- Mobile Apps. When you use our mobile apps, we may collect Technical Data such as your device or operating system and you may opt-in to push notifications about your account.
We may also collect, store and use your location to improve and provide customised features of our service. You can enable or disable services that we provide which are based on your location at any time through your device settings.

Where you purchase tickets for an event, your Identity Data, Contact Data and Financial Data may be shared with the event promoter so they can contact you directly about their event. By placing a ticket order you consent to the event promoter using your information to contact you in relation to that event, you may then opt-in to further marketing including from that event promoter.

If you would like to opt-out of an event promoter using your information to contact you in relation to an event you have ordered tickets for or a future event organised by that promoter, you can do so at the time of placing the order, or contact the event promoter directly.

We will only use your personal data for the purposes for which we collected it, unless we reasonably consider that we need to use it for another reason and that reason is compatible with the original purpose. - Promoters whom we work with in order to provide you with our services.
We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.

We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
Legitimate Interest means the interest of our business in conducting and managing our business to enable us to give you the best service/product and the best and most secure experience. We make sure we consider and balance any potential impact on you (both positive and negative) and your rights before we process your personal data for our legitimate interests.
